Lackland at ESN

Lackland is a Youth Theatre Company, based in East Nashville, that exists to bring collaborative beauty to our community. It is a place to find your voice and, more importantly, to listen to the voices of others. We believe in empathy and self-awareness. We believed in the individual, and we believe in the whole. We believe that the skills developed in the theatre are not only valuable for those interested in pursuing the arts, but also for the rest of our lives.

We are so excited to continue offering drama classes at ESN! All of our classes will be taught by Hadassah Bird, Lackland’s Director and Founder. Our classes are for actors of every experience level. We love working with brand new actors, as well as actors who would like to continue developing their skills, and we also have work for children who aren’t sure about performing publicly but want to be involved and have a great time! If you have any questions about our class content or Showcase involvement, email lacklandtheatre@gmail.com
