CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

1st-4th Grade:
Creative Acting
An acting class for all skill levels that will let the child explore their creativity through games, stories, and improv. New actors will learn foundational skills and actors with previous experience will be challenged to stretch and grow their developing skills!
Session 1 : August 31st-October 5th
Wednesdays 5:10-5:55pm – $100/session (6 weeks – 45 minute class)

5th-8th Grade:
Intro to Musical Theater
An exploration of all things musical theatre! We will be dancing, singing, and learning about the world of musicals. (No one is required to sing or dance!)
Session 1 : August 31st-October 5th
Wednesdays 4:00-5:00pm – $135/session (6 weeks – 1 hour class)

9th-12th Grade:
Acting Through Voice & Movement
An introduction to the many different ways we can use the tools of our voice and body to help us tell a story! Actors will be encouraged to step outside their comfort zones and try new things, and will also have lots of opportunities to develop the skills they are confident in.
Session 1 : August 31st-October 5th
Wednesdays 6:00-7:30pm – $200/session (6 weeks)

All classes will be held indoors. As of March 2022, our host location is recommending but not requiring masking for all students and teachers, regardless of vaccination status.
We will update all participants before any changes are made to this protocol.
